Commercial use of images supplied by MaddieDigital Photography
The license granted for use of image/images is as follows:

  • Images provided are for single use only and other uses or multiple use should be discussed with the copyright owner MaddieDigitalPhotography
  • Acknowledgement should be given when used, ie, "Photo: MaddieDigitalPhotography".
  • For print publications you should send a single copy of the final publication carrying the photographs.
  • You may not use the image/images in any type of off-line print (this includes magazines, books, newspapers, posters, calendars, screensavers, post cards, business cards, t-shirt designs etc.) unless agreed to by its copyright owner
  • Image/images may not be resold, offered for free, given away or redistributed in any manner whatsoever
  • You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to the image/images modified or unmodified.

  • no warranty is provided with respect to any copyright clearance for any of the photographs. If you intend to use the photographs, it is your responsibility to obtain any such clearance.
